The challenge

What we built

We trained a docs-grounded bot on the full API reference, changelog, and a year of helpdesk threads. The bot ships code snippets in Python, TypeScript, and Go โ€” and refuses to answer billing or roadmap questions, escalating those to humans.

The outcome

The bot handles 81% of incoming questions end-to-end. The DevRel team now spends time on integrations and content, not first-line triage. Time-to-first-answer dropped from 8 minutes to under 3 seconds.
