You hand over docs, FAQs, helpdesk archives, and a website URL. We chunk, embed, and index everything in Pinecone or Chroma — with metadata so retrieval can filter accurately.

Tuning & evaluation

We run the bot against your eval set (40–100 real questions) and tune retrieval thresholds, system prompt, and tone until it passes your bar. You see every test pass and fail.

Deploy & monitor
